We are committed to hiring from the community.

The Baltimore Pumphouse is expected to bring more than 300 permanent jobs to a cluster of neighborhoods facing 30% unemployment. The site will be home to growing food businesses that can provide accessible, quality jobs in the food sector. American Communities Trust will work with our tenants to hire locally.
Supports for food entrepreneurs are currently offered on site through City Seeds’ School of Food.
